How many things is this big makeover going to break? Already seeing a lot of issues with 15024 that as usual, LMI/GoTo support says is my computers and not them. Wait, are you a cable company now?
Hi @telenberger, I appreciate that you are frustrated, but I reviewed your support ticket and what I see is Support gathering information and documenting the issues that you have reported so that they can be looked into.
And my comments here are not related to the open case or the fact that this is the third case on the same issue dating back to January that keeps getting closed. Service and support was a lot better before GoTo bought out LMI.
