We have the same problem with LogMeInClient, all support user can´t see the notes, the same error:
"Your session may have timed out or you are offline. Please try again later"
Same issue here today in the Chicago Burbs
Recently I can not access the notes for any of the PCs in my account in the Client app on my PC or on my phone. I can still access them through the web portal in Central.
If you hit the Info button on the App (on PC) for a computer it comes up with an error sayinig "Your session may have timed out or you are offline. Please try again later." while it says Loading.. in the Note field.
If you hit the info button on the App on Android is comes up with the error "Unable to retrieve the note for this computer" Then if you try to create a note for that computer is says it could not save the note.
So it seems the clients have broken their link to the Notes in the database.
We are having the issue as well, i am unable to clear credentials for a single user.
Even though I have not got any official news about this issue, today 3/8/2018 the issue has been fixed because now I can see the Computer Info tab with all the notes, etc.
