Saved Credentials Not Working
Hi, We have been using logmein now for many years. We have 500+ host computers within logmein central.
Saved credentials used to work. Login to a machine first time, click save credentials and everytime after that it would auto login.
However a while ago it stopped working in Chrome on the three machines I have. I therefore tried in Edge. It worked correctly in Edge. So I switched to Edge. This lasted about 3 months and all of a sudden it stopped working... i.e. I need to enter the password everytime.
I therefore tried firefox... It works correctly in firefox. However I dont want to spend ages swapping over to Firefox for the same issue to happen again!
Its now been not working in Edge for at least a month and I have to connect to lots of PCs each morning so its becoming very painful.
Anyone come across this and found a solution ?

Hi Sensible_Ray, welcome to the community.
Are your clients using Chrome and signing in on logmein.com, or are they using another browser? This issue has been corrected for Chrome users.

The fix has been released. The auto-login should work now, except in Safari, due to a bug in the browser.

And here I thought I was the only one. My experiences are identical to yours.....Chrome....then Edge for a few weeks. Now no credentials are being saved.

Hi OrcusLtd Welcome to the GoTo Community.
The team reproduced this issue which appears to be related to a browser security update which now prevents the reading of the saved credentials. We have opened a ticket and we are trying to find a solution for it as soon as possible. Thanks for your report and patience.
