central access report doesnt match real user access dates

I am using logmein central for remote access to office PCs, but when I review Central report to check users access it doesnt match the access dates obtain from local servers login events for the same date.

For example the local server says the user access that system x day but in central there is no remote access that day

Can you please check if the time zone selected in your Central Account Settings is the same as your local server? I believe the reports use that time zone.

Thanks for the reply GlennD.

Yes the time zone is correct, what baffled me is that the user says connect certain date but there is no record on Central about that connection nothing, but checking other systems he access he does in fact connected that day.
