client locked out on domain computer
the client gets this error : the referenced account is currently lock out when he puts his password in.
How do i use logmein to reset his password? or unlock his account?

I think you will need to log in as the Domain Admin and unlock the user's Windows account.

So just by logging in as Administrator will unlock the account? It seems like there is more to it
