Add native support for network printing so that it is not blocked by the Central Antivirus feature.
Your solution to disable LMI firewall and use another 3rd party firewall for network printing is a total cop out.
We are paying for the solution and you are telling us to use something else. Can you not just add a section in policies to by pass IP address and all should work fine.

Eles gostariam que o LogMeIn Antivírus pudesse ser desinstalado remotamente pelo painel web do Central, da mesma forma que a instalação do antivírus é feita.
A solicitação se dá devido a um problema enfrentado por eles onde o antivírus passou a consumir 99% do CPU de computadores windows server 2012 após uma atualização do windows e não é possível acessar remotamente o computador para parar o antivírus e nem estabilizar o nível de processamento da maquina pausando o antivírus pelo painel web do Central, como se tratam de servidores cloud o cenário se complica ainda mais, pois sem conseguir acessar remoto e por não haver a possibilidade de acessar localmente para desinstalar o Antivírus ele está com a maquina travada em 99% de uso de CPU, nada que ele faça resolve
A desinstalação remota do antivírus seria um recurso perfeito para salvar os clientes nesses casos.
I would like to present to you the suggestion for improvement requested by our client Grupo Tenco.
They would like LogMeIn Antivirus to be able to be uninstalled remotely via the Central web dashboard, in the same way that antivirus installation is done.
The request is due to a problem faced by them where the antivirus started to consume 99% of the CPU of windows server 2012 computers after a windows update and it is not possible to remotely access the computer to stop the antivirus or stabilize the processing level of the machine pausing the antivirus through the Central web panel, as they are cloud servers the scenario is even more complicated, because without being able to access remotely and because there is no possibility of accessing locally to uninstall the Antivirus, the machine is stuck at 99 % CPU usage, nothing he does solves it
Remote antivirus uninstall would be a perfect feature to save customers in such cases.

We have various devices that have been deployed over the years and for some reason, random devices (a few hundred) appear to be missing files within the LMI installation folder. For example, a third_party_host_x64.exe is missing, libwaapi.dll, libwaheap.dll, libwalocal.dll, libwaremoval.dll, libwaresource.dll, libwautils.dll are also missing. We are having to script these across via LMI One2Many into the installation directory or reinstall LMI. These devices are not physically accessible due to their location. After doing this, it allows us to detect AV versions etc... but this is a manual task. We really need to see an integrity check that can be initiated remotely or is run routinely. If a file is detected as missing or the integrity hash check fails, it should be downloaded and replaced with the correct version or a repair. We also have devices reporting 22 critical pending Windows updates available but on the device there's 0 updates pending - this is happening on 70+ devices now. Forcing a check for updates via the LMI Central panel returns 22 updates pending, even after multiple restarts and manual check for updates via the Windows update tool. Something is wrong. The update feature on devices that are missing these files are not fixed with an update, the dll files are still missing.

When there are detections that are less severe like adware or PUP type detections, there is no easy way to have it send an alert out. Ideally we would like to know when there is any kind of antivirus alert or detection instead of just major ones. At least give the options to select it rather than a very limited amount of choices to alert.
