One of the bigger issues we have with Breakout rooms is that participants will also need to be connected to audio via computer mode (VoIP)
We have a lot of users who still dial in. I know it is old school, but that is many of our users right now.
Hi @kmccann, welcome to the community.
I've moved your comment into its own thread since it is specific to breakout rooms. I believe the challenge with using regular telephone bridges with breakout rooms is attendees would need to disconnect from the meeting call, dial back in to the breakout room meeting and then reverse the process again to rejoin the regular meeting after. If they join using computer audio they can be moved from the meeting to the breakout room and back again without having to do anything on their side. That being said, I will check with the team to see if there are any improvements on roadmap that will help you with this.
@kmccann I was informed by our team that support for dial-in attendees in breakout rooms is planned for early 2024
