GoToMeeting Doesn't Prevent Screen Timeout

GoToMeeting doesn't prevent my computer from timing out, like other video conferencing software. Our organization sets a 15 minute inactivity timeout in Windows, through Group Policy. Having a GoToMeeting running doesn't keep it from timing out as Teams, Zoom, and other meeting software do.

Hi @MKluzak  this is currently a known issue associated with a 3rd party service. Sorry for the inconvenience  and thanks for the report, we will update the Community when new details are available.
