"Create Meeting " option is missing in the GoTo Application.

GoTo Version: 4.5.0

Repro Steps:

• Patch the machine completely with WU. 
• Install the "Go To" application. 
• Launch the application. 
• Try to create a meeting in the application.
• Observe “Create Meeting” option is not available in the application.

I'm on version 4.6.0 and see the option to create a meeting. Are you able to send a screenshot? If you don't see the privilege yet you can try to PM me by clicking on my user name on the left and then Send a Message on the top right.
