Update Call Queue "Periodic announcement message" description to note it triggers after 3 callers

I couldn't get the call queue "Periodic announcement message" feature to trigger when testing it, and after calling support to find out if there was a glitch or something else causing it not to trigg...

The actual description within the call queue settings needs to be updated to this as well.  Chased my tail forever on this the last couple days because I work with the call queues often enough that I rarely go look at documentation.  I just go in make changes or configure a new queue.  So the possibility of this behavior having been changed from what it used to be never occurred to me until I started searching for solutions why I was getting the periodic announcement.  This would have saved me a ton of wasted time and frustration had it been prominent in the description of the call queue settings.
