Currently, if you "accidentally" press the Request Admin mode button but the end user is logged in as a standard user who does not have admin rights, the connection repeatedly disconnects/connects in a loop with no way to stop it on the agent's side. Can there be a cancel admin request button? When it's looping between connect/disconnect the End Session isn't showing on the agents side either.
