Connection Alerts

Can someone explain to me what "Connection" GoTo Resolve is monitoring for its connection alert?

 

We have the Unattended Access on our Security Camera NVRs and I have set up an alert to tell me when they are offline for a minimum of a minute or two.

 

I get alerts for them being offline and when I go and check them, they are just fine. They are connected to the internet and everything. Then I will randomly get an alert for them coming back online even though they were never offline.

    Hey there! It sounds like you're experiencing some issues with the Alert. Can you let me know a bit more?

     

    How often does this happen? Is the alert coming from the same device or random devices? Can you check when the alert goes off, if it's set at 1 minute, can you try 2 minutes?
