Is there a portal where the user can see the state of the ticket?

Hello! I am wondering if the user who create the ticket can check the status of the ticket in a portal in case he/she is authenticated.

Great question. GoToResolve ticketing  does not support this yet, but it is something we plan to add in a future update.

Nice to hear that. In fact, it would be great if you can add integration for that portal to Wordpress to integrate the system with the company website.
