2FA by Email
Good Afternoon GoToAssist Remote Support,
Is there a way to setup 2-Factor Authentication by email instead of an app? and, if not- can this be considered in a future iteration?

HMCRAD Currently email is only used for the set up of 2-factor authentication with V5. You can use any authenticator you choose, but it has to be separate from the GoToAssist system, and cannot currently be done by email.
