Can we invite an outside network engineer who has his own GoToAssist account into our Devices groups?
Like, with LogMeIn, you used to be able to invite outside users to manage computers in your account. I have an outside engineer who I want to give access to. He has his own GoToAssist account already. I don't want to use one of my licenses for that.
Hi Greg, Invited agents must have a GoToAssist Remote Support expert account and will be prompted to log in with their credentials when they join the support session-- however, they don't have to be a part of your account specifically.
