Move device between device groups
How does one move a device between device groups? If a PC has been misplaced, can it be moved or must it be removed and reset?
yes you should be able to do this but as far as i can tell, you have to log into your gotoassist account (www.gotoassist) and sign in.
click on the "devices" on the bar across the top
find the device in question
click on the computer icon to the left of the device name
across the bottom of the screen you should now see a list of options
click on the "move to group"
then select the appropriate group name from the list
