Not to be completely negative, some good things were included in the update:
- Allow technician to update stored password
- New message for sessions disconnected by customer security software
- New preference to run sessions as a service at startup
- Restrict remote control permission for technicians
It wasn't any announced features, but the unannounced and apparently untested deployment model I was referring to as major underlying infrastructure changes.
