We are using GoToAssist v 4.5 build 1610 and when we switch users on a remote PC more than once, screen sharing drops and won't reconnect. The PCs we are supporting are running Windows 10 and we need to log out of the non-admin account to the admin to service our customers remotely. G2A is running as a service and we are able to make the swap once, when we swap back is the problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix or workaround? Thanks in advance.

Does this happen on every PC where you switch between Admin and Non-Admin Users?
