Several times now in the last few weeks I have been working with a customer during an attended support session. Then if I click on Unattended Support > Set up Unattended Support my screen will freeze with the last image of their desktop. Instead of the screen I used to get that would say "Requesting Authentication" or something like that. Now it just completely locks my program up and I have to Ctrl+Alt+Del, end the program, and have the customer start all over again. It's really frustrating for both of us.
@CTSTN It sounds like something may be wrong with this one client's PC or User Profile. Have you done anything to troubleshoot at the endpoint like installing Unattended after logging into your Expert account online?
Have you tried using a different user profile on the problem PC?
