Unattended support grayed out
When attempting to set up Unattended Access remotely on a user's computer, the option is grayed out. What could be the cause, and how to resolve this remotely?
Hi LilAaron welcome to the GoTo Community. There are a few reasons this may be happening:
- The GoToAssist Customer desktop application must be running as a service to use this feature.
- Someone else already set Unattended Support. Check the icon in the system tray.
- Unattended Support has been disabled by the administrator.
