Assigning All Existing Customers to New Service

When I add a new service, no customers can see it unless I explicitly search for the user and add them. Is there a way to globally add all customers to new services you create?

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the feedback. There's no way to currently do this on mass. We've had similar requests for this in the past, and I'll add a +1 against the feature request for this 🙂

This is needed.  I just added a new service and I'm looking at editing each customer now.  Please add this feature.

this is definitely needed.  we have over 600 customers and 30 services.  it is extremely difficult and time consuming to have to go through each of those 600 customers every time we add a service.  what about assigning services at a group level.   what services a person has access to depends on what their job title is.  ie  to request to have a user added to active directory, you must be a manager of that specific "company"
