Data retention on ServiceDesk

Does anyone know how long Incident records are retained on the ServiceDesk product? Do they automatically get culled?

The grand total is 3 years:  2 years of reporting availability, followed by 1 year of 'read-only' availability:  https://support.logmeininc.com/gotoassist-service-desk/help/incident-data-archival-and-removal-g2asd...
