How to inactivate a customer

Good morning. I would like to know how to inactivate a customer without having to eliminate it, because I do not want to lose the history of the tickets reported by that customer.

Hi Johana,

From inside your ServiceDesk account, you can go to Configure > Customer > choose Customer > Services and set the Portal Access to No
