Re: Is there a mobile app (iPhone/Android) for accessing Service Desk?

Toby - You've been added. You should have an invite from TestFlight shortly.

Re: Is there a mobile app (iPhone/Android) for accessing Service Desk?

Hi everyone.

It's been great to see everyone so keen and eager to test out the iOS app. We really appreciate all the feedback we've received so far and have will no longer be accepting requests to beta test the app. We have submitted Version 1 to the App Store, and this will become available for all some time over the next few days.

The feedback we've received has been hugely positive, and has helped validate our direction and priorities for upcoming versions of the app. Keep an eye out for more regular updates. Those users that have been added to our TestFlight group will continue to receive early access to versions of the app before we submit to the App Store.

Thanks again for all the support and feedback!

Expect added functionality over time, for what was included in this initial release check out the release notes:

Re: Is there a mobile app (iPhone/Android) for accessing Service Desk?

great to see its released. Unfortunately due to the fact that 'allow comments to be visible to customer' is ON by default, and there is no option to turn this OFF by default, I can't roll this out to my IT dept. We currently do not allow customers to see comments, nor do we want to at this time. Would love for citrix to change comment visibility to be OFF by default, or at least add the ability to change the default per client. So until that is fixed, we won't be using the app.

Any idea when we can expect an Android app?

At this stage, no. There's no ETA on the Android app at this time.

Thanks for the feedback Matt. Storing preferences within the app is definitely something we want to do in a future version.

We have the iOS app downloaded. But we have Windows Mobile users too.
Are there plans to have a mobile optimized site?
