Ok. Invitation received, but TestFlight says the "App is not available". Maybe is not published in international stores (Italian in this case)? Tried on both iPhone and iPad.
Customer contact information - quite right, this is not consistent with the web app. We are currently working on this.

Delete incidents - not quite sure we'll go down this path on the mobile and might keep this as something that admins are required to do within the web.
Yes - we had to submit a bug fix release, which meant we had to withdraw the app from TestFlight while the new version was being reviewed. Everyone should have received new emails encouraging them to download the latest version.
