Apple MacBook Pro Webcam is not working with GoToMeeting in Windows 10 (via Boot Camp)
Apple MacBook Pro's Webcam is not working with GoToMeeting in Windows 10 Pro (via Boot Camp). The webcam is, however, working with other programs (Ex.: Microsoft Teams, Zoom). It should be noted that it WASSSSS working last month. But, not so much now. Tried:
- Uninstalling and re-installing GoToMeeting.
- Signing into Windows using a different user account.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Thank you for your response. However, the fix was to remove/uninstall GoToMeeting, including the removal of the following left-behind Registry Keys:
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\LogMeIn
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\LogMeInInc\COLVideo
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\LogMeInInc\GoToMeeting
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\LogMeInInc\RTC
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LogMeInInc
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\LogMeInInc
Finally, I installed GoToMeeting again.
It should be noted that I did not make any System Preferences changes in MacOS.

On the newest Mac OS there are additional security requests that need to be allowed. If this security check is missed during the initial installation, they can be manually enabled through this path: System Preferences > Security & Privacy > GoToMeeting
