I am trying to connect gotoroom to exchange EWS but I am not able to do so. I followed every step in the admin guide: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/configure-your-exchange-service-account-for-gotoroom-calendar-...
And checked if EWS works with https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com and got it all green.
Connection fails with:
Connection data could not be checked
The list of room resources could not be created based on the specified connection data. Check your settings and try again.
No one able to help???

It seems like your TLS certificate is not trusted. When you visit https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ did you have to check the "Ignore Trust for SSL" checkbox for it to work? If so, it won't work with us for now, and needs to have a valid TLS certificate.
No I did not have to check the Ignore Trust for SSL checkbox. We have bought a valid and trusted TLS certificate.
My reverse proxy doesnt even get any packets from logmein.... I am now checking the firewall if it blocks anything. But finding out which IP is used for EWS access by logmein is pretty hard to find out...
I was really hoping that customer support would help. We bought 3k € equip from this company and 2 months later I didn't even get an answere to my ticket.... neither to my phone call.... Please.... Anyone... I really really need someone who can provide some help!
