Enabling transcription globally

As an admin for my organization, I am looking for how to enable Transcription globally for all or our GTM licenses. I can turn on individual accounts and enable it in the NEW USER SETTINGS TEMPLATE, but can’t find how to enable for all current users.  Thanks

You can do this from the User Settings page. Make sure all of your users are selected and then scroll to the Feature section. The first option is Record Meetings and under Details you will find "Transcribe meetings." I'm not aware of a way to "require" transcription, but you can at least turn it on for everyone.
