GoToMeeting crashes Windows

Hi, 

any in our business use the Windows Client on Windows 10 in Version 10.9.1 17359

On start, system are freezing time to time and we must kill die app via taskmanager.

This issue are on 3 Windows PC with different log entrys:

Hi David,

If your operating system is crashing upon start up, then you may have bigger issues at hand than loading the GoToMeeting application there.  Can you be specific about the manufacturer model, and if there are any driver updates available through their website?

sry for that mistake,

on 2 clients, the gotomeeting app is hanging on start, no reaction and must be kill in taskmanager.

1 client crashes windows completly on gotomeeting application start.

All our clients are newest update for windows, we have also checked Audio and Graphic Drivers.

OK, if the app is failing to connect then it could also be network or firewall related.  

The only reason a system would crash is if the meeting was scheduled without any integrated audio selections at all, or if the hardware cannot physically load the program itself.  In the second case I would suggest utilizing the web app instead:  https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/what-is-the-web-app-g2m090016
