GoToWebinar\Meeting holding onto microphone after meeting

I have a handful of users who's computer microphones are ceasing to function after a meeting. Restarting resolves the issue, closing the meeting doesn't have an impact. Its like the meeting service is continuing to run in the background just holding the microphone.

Can you please specify what device / operating system and GoToMeeting version is in use on the problem devices?
