How does the 'after the webinar' survey work?

Hi, 

I have never launched an 'after the webinar' survey before. Please can someone explain to me how it works? As the organiser do I literally close the webinar for all and somehow it still pops up? If not, what do I need to do?

You may select for GoToWebinar surveys to launch immediately after your webinar ends, or shortly afterwards in the follow up email to attendees:  https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/engage-attendees-with-polls-and-surveys-g2w020005
