Is there a way to schedule meetings for another account/organizer?

I have a situation where I may need 20 organizer accounts for 20 groups of people that hold frequent meetings (often they conflict in times), but I have 1 person that schedules those meetings, is there any way for that 1 person to schedule meetings for those 20 accounts without having to log into 20 individual accounts?

Hi @PepT, welcome to the community.

 

It is not possible without signing into each account, but one thing you can do to limit how often this needs to be done is to use the Meeting Room feature. Each Organizer can have more than one of these reusable meeting rooms and they can be used over and over which reduces the need to sign in and schedule new meetings all the time.
