New App Version

Hello,

 

Today i was forced into the upgrade of the new NIGHTMARE version.

Why do we need to fix something that's not broken. 

I stream live stock market charts, and my attendees complained the charts were blurry,

it would phase in and out of being clear. Old version was perfect.

I gave someone mouse control and the cursor would get stuck at points.

Thankfully Support reverted me back to the old version.

 

Please keep the old version Alive

I appreciate your taking the time to share the feedback here. It's tough to say what may be happening but if the picture quality is going in and out and the mouse is stopping, it may have to do with the internet connect. 

 

You can also try Efficiency Mode under Settings:

Completely agree. The old version version was fine for years. I have had three imposssible days of no or some sound in the new version. Just give us the old version back!

Hi @DaveAsini, welcome to the community. 

 

GoTo Meeting Classic has had a great run, but it is running on old code that requires more effort to maintain and develop. We have also wanted to move away from having separate applications for meetings, webinars and trainings for quite some time. 

 

If you click on my picture you can Private Message me the meeting IDs where you experienced audio issues. There is also an option to report issues in the GoTo App itself as they are happening which is very helpful to our developers.
