Paid product not available

We have a Professional account but we have not been able to use it. 
When I login with a superadmin account, I have 2 other accounts, one that is also a superadmin and has the Professional product But when I login with the account that has the Proffesional product and click on Admin Center, the account has no products.
Assistance has been impossible, it is ridiculous not to have email or chat support, just by phone, and my country is not available

The answer I received was that the product was assigned to the admin user. This is something you changed and never told us; the admin user is for invoicing and other administrative activities. I had 2 subscriptions for two accounts different from the admin user, we never used the admin user for meetings; I canceled one and have been paying the other one without possibly using it.
