I am sending the recorded video of meetings to clients, but they get an error message that tells them they can not open the video file.
Anyone help me with this?

@bmartin222 Can you be more specific with what you're experiencing when watching your GoToMeeting video?
I am able to view my recorded meetings perfectly.
However, when I send them to a client, they are unable to open it.
I am new to this and not sure why they can't open it. I include myself in the message and am able to open the video I am sending to them.

OK @bmartin222 -- Please view the Meeting History in your online account and check the expiration date of the cloud recording in questions (the default is 7 days after the broadcast time). You may extend this expiration time up to 1 year later.
