I have a user receiving a message in the GoToMeeting app that says "Your session is temporarily unavailable. Sorry, but we're having trouble connecting you to the session right now. Please try again in a few minutes or contact customer support for more help."
The user receives this message when she is trying to join a meeting that she scheduled. She does not have the issue when trying to join a meeting that someone else creates and is able to successfully join. This error has persisted for four hours now.
The user is on Windows 10 and the GoToMeeting App is v10.17.0 Build 19796
This message is usually related to local firewall / security settings.

The user is the only person in the enterprise that is having this issue and all firewall settings are controlled by Group Policy. Our security vendor is Cybereason.
I will review the links and let you know.
