I have a 3 monitor set up both on the host computer as well as on the remote. I am able to see two but not three. Is there a fix for this?
@stambouli Can you specify how the monitors are attached at both locations?
Have you already tried holding Shift as you click the Maximize button in the GoToMyPC viewer window?
Yes, it only shows 2 monitors not three when i do that
Please explain the hardware and connections between the displays in use.
Remote computer is a desktop PC with with 2 ACER and an ASUS monitor. Guest is a microsoft surfacebook with 2 external monitors tied to it. i believe they re connecting using a DVI connection
What happens when you manually expand the viewer to the third monitor on your client PC?
I'm not sure i understand your question exactly, but when i start it shows me the left and middle monitors, when press the right arrow it will shift and show me the middle and right monitor. Is that what you mean?
Sorry, I meant if you drag the viewer across to the 3rd monitor yourself.
What operating systems are in use at both locations?
Are the 3 monitors at both locations arranged in identical fashion?
Do they all have matching resolutions?
I have not tried manually dragging it, i will try tonight.
Operating systems are the same - windows 10. I adjusted the resolution so they match (that's how i was able to go from 1 to 2 monitors) and monitors are arranged in identical fashion.
