Re: Application files not found on server

I apologize Michael, there was some maintenance this morning that may have affected your ability to connect to Host computers.

Let us know if you still cannot connect at this time.

Re: Application files not found on server

Hi Jay,
If alternate web browsers give the same results, check any local security / firewall applications for blocks to the GoToMyPC servers.

Re: Application files not found on server

I should also mention that he can connect to the other PC hosts on his account fine, it's just that specific machine (which is in the same location as the ones he can connect to), so I don't believe it's a firewall issue.

EDIT: actually, he tried another browser and that did work.

Re: Application files not found on server

Thanks for following up, Jay.

If the Problem persists, see if there's any difference between theHost PC versions that have no issue, and the one that seems to stick.
