Assistance with Getting Response On Open Cases

Hi - We have been trying to add additional GoToMyPC licenses using cases 13805270  and 13805394.   Unfortunatley we cannot seem to get any response though regular channels and emails.  Can you please have someone contact us to resolve?

You should be able to create purchase order by navigating to ManagePCs->BuyMorePC's .

There are special and unique considerations at our company that won’t allow us to use the automated feature. We are frustrated that we can’t get a reply from LogMeIn, despite having open cases. Thanks so much for trying to help.
