For the past week, I've been trying to change the access code for one of our computers. Every time I do so, I give it my login name and password, and it responds with an error message, " Internal Error - GoToMyPC
An Internal Error has occurred. Please try again.
Trying again produces the same result. What could be causing this error?
While you didn't directly answer my question, uninstalling and re-installing GoToMyPC did work. Once I reinstalled it, I tried changing the access code again, and this time everything went as expected. But I wonder why this was necessary - was there a bug in earlier versions that didn't get fixed with updates? I'm usually pretty good about keeping current with updates.
Anyway, thanks for your help, especially if you're a volunteer helper rather than a LogMein employee.
