Connectivity issues with security product

Hi,

 

My name is Avi, I’m the CTO of a cyber security company.

 

We’ve noticed that a customer of ours is experiencing issues connecting when our solution is installed and after investigation, we have reason to believe that there’s a bug in GoToMyPC that occurs with our user-mode agent, even if it's disabled or in log-only state.

(In some cases GoToMyPC crashes with 0xC0000005 access violation but there are no relevant logs or crash dumps)

 

Can someone from support or anyone relevant contact us?

Hi Avi,

GoToMyPC can quit / crash if the network connection to our servers is interrupted for several consecutive minutes.  You may want to refer the affected client of yours to our firewall documents: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomypc/help/how-do-i-configure-a-firewall-on-a-host-computer-111769...
