When our clients try to connect to office pc from their home pc, they encounter the following problem. As the IT support team, we received dozens of phone calls on this issue today. Does anyone have any suggestions or idea on the solution to this problem?

If your connection problems persist today, can you please confirm the affected operating systems the clients are using, as well as local security apps installed there?
