Error codes

Error ID codes all morning, keep retrying to login but no success. No help online, none on chat now and no one answers the phone, submitted help request by the feedback recommendation and still no contact.
Unable to work and very unhappy boss and customers. please help ASAP lost half a day already with no clue if it'll resolved
I am shielding but will have no choice but to go back to the office to work and take 2 children with me.
Please help

I can confirm that all users are back in and working now.

 

Can you advise:

Why we were not notified of the scheduled maintenance in advance?

Why the issue took so long to acknowledge?

Why the Service Status page took over 2 hours to update to advise that the systems were not operational as reported by multiple users even though the page was reporting that everything was operational?
