Error

I have been trying to login to the computer at work for the past two days (from my computer from home) It keeps telling me 'Sorry, GoToMyPC cannot be started at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. Note my boss is able to log in to the computer using his computer just fine, and I'm able to login using my phone. I have also been using my computer from home to work for the past 10 months

I am sorry for the difficulty there.

Since the problem began, have you been able to reboot the affected Host computer?

I'm having the same problem. Yes, I rebooted the host computer.

Yes!  Got it fixed by using the patch!
