I recently subscribed to the personal service and am disappointed that the ability to blank the computer screen isn't working. I've called support twice and feel like they just did some random stuff but really don't have a clue and (based on their responses) really don't care that it doesn't work. This is an imperative part of this subscription so if it doesn't work, I can't use it. The host computer is a HP 27-cb0026 AIO Desktop. I have been through all the instructions/trouble shooting tips and both boxes are checked in the various tabs under preferences (support did make sure this was done). I'm afraid I'm going to have to pull the plug on this so any help is greatly appreciated!
