How do I downgrade my plan?

My company had a 2-PC Pro Plan that expired a few months ago. We'd like to start using GoToMyPC again, but with just a Personal (one account for one computer) plan. But I'm not given that option when I try to renew. The cheapest plan I can choose is the plan I had before. How can I choose the Personal plan?

If you contact Customer Care directly, they can assist you with reactivating a lower subscription.
