How to report a problem

Hi,

When reporting a Problem, the more detail you provide the easier it is for others to assist you. With this in mind, please make an effort to provide details like these in your initial post:

1. What Operating Systems you are using e.g. Windows, Mac, iOS, Android
2. What version of the OS you are using e.g. Windows XP or 7, Mac OS 10.5, 10.6 or 10.7
3. If a web browser is involved, which one?
4. Any error messages etc that are displayed
5. What you are trying to do, and how you are trying to do it

The more detail we have, the easier it is to understand what is happening and recreate the issue if needed.
