I am not receiving password reset emails

I am trying to reset a password, and am not receiving reset emails. Can anyone help, please?

Hi @Barbi1952 

If you have entered the correct email address for the GoToMyPC login, you should receive a forgot-password communication within a few minutes, from the email "gotocustomercare@care.gotomypc.com".
