One of my users reported this morning that when he moves the mouse in his gotomypc session, the mouse cursor has a trailing image. I connected to his PC and confirmed that the mouse cursor does appear to have an image significantly behind where the actual mouse pointer is supposed to be. Nothing else about his gotomypc sessions lag, though. His machine's gotomypc preferences are set to use true color but with the highest speed performance options otherwise. Show host computer cursor is not checked off. The host PC's mouse settings are set to Windows Default and 'enable pointer shadow' is not checked, nor is 'display pointer trails'.
User is on Gotomypc 11.6.3161 and Windows 10 version 21H1 build 10.0.19043.1237.
@J.1 Have you noticed any difference when screen blanking is turned off in the Host Preferences?
Are there any driver updates available from the Host PC's manufacture website?
