Multi Monitor Clients Freezing as of 7/7

I have four users out of 20 who report today that when they minimize their multi monitors and then try to maximize the session, their session and/or PC freeze.  If they are able to they can kill session via taskmgr but otherwise have had to reboot. 

 

* All have multi monitors (3-4) on Host PC

* All have multi monitors (2-4) on home PC

* One user reports 'Closed Unexpectedly' errors, others have no errors.

* Host event logs only show monblanking messages

 

One user provided his Home event logs and WER.

Phone support had no info.  All users have been sucessfully connecting for months.  Problems started last night 7/6/2020

 

Any help whatever is appreciated.

Same exact issue here... started earlier this week.

Hi Ash,

Any update? We had to install another solution for some users since it was unusable.  Not sure if we need to move on and keep other solution?

@crmm While we continue the investigation, Customer Support can downgrade the affected users if necessary.
